Community Foster Care is a multi-award
winning community enterprise whose dedicated team
of staff and foster carers has helped to turn
around the lives of countless children and young
people.They
provide an unrivalled package of care at low cost
while helping to regenerate some of the county's
most disadvantaged communities.
Community Support Services operates
a home support service for older people utilising
support through the Supporting People programme.
Numbers using the service have increased every
week to over 120 households by the end of 2004.
